NetVendor and Viaffinity Partner to Resolve Insurance Compliance Gaps in Real Time

AUSTIN, Texas — July 29, 2026 — NetVendor, the platform defining Compliance-Led Vendor Management for property management, today announced a partnership with Brooklyn, New York-based Viaffinity. Viaffinity is a provider of embedded insurance technology that enables SaaS platforms to offer insurance as a seamless part of the customer experience.  The partnership gives vendors flagged for expired or insufficient insurance a direct path to compliant coverage inside NetVendor, turning one of the most common causes of onboarding delays into a same-session resolution.

Insurance verification is the most frequent point of failure in vendor compliance. When a certificate of insurance lapses or falls short of an owner's requirements, onboarding stalls and properties carry uncovered risk. The Viaffinity integration surfaces qualifying coverage options to those vendors at the exact moment a gap is identified, so vendors can get compliant and get to work faster.

“Every compliance gap we track comes back to the same point of failure: insurance. NetVendor already catches that gap the moment it opens, but until now the fix meant sending vendors off to find that coverage and come back. With Viaffinity, we close it in the same motion we find it. Vendors get back to work faster, owners and operators carry less uncovered risk, and insurance stops being the reason a good vendor loses the job," said Dave Cooper, CEO of NetVendor.
"Every software platform already has the context to make insurance simpler," said Mason Power, CEO and Co-founder of Viaffinity. "When insurance becomes part of the workflow instead of a separate destination, everyone benefits. Vendors resolve compliance issues immediately, property managers reduce operational friction, and insurance is delivered precisely when it's needed. Insurance shouldn’t be the thing standing in the way of vendors winning RPFs."

The integration became available to NetVendor vendors beginning July 15, 2026. When an insurance coverage gap is identified, eligible vendors can seamlessly continue to Viaffinity to review coverage options and secure compliant insurance, then return to NetVendor to complete the compliance process.
